ok ive done some searching and ive found alot of info but heres my problem i got a 92 LS 4 door and a 93 GS 4 door the ls has power everything and the gs has nothing i want atleast front power doorlocks for the gs im going to take it from the LS what parts do i need to take out obviously actuators but what else…is the gs prewired under the dash for the locks or do i need the comple harness and the control unit too? if soo where is the unit please help
not pre-wired
power lock control module(behind driver knee panel) (red 4dr) (grey 2dr)
switches
door panels
door harnesses
cabin harness
actuators
that should be it
with some searching you can find the process.
easy stuff
thanks alot bro u were a real help
another thing is-
once you remove the cabin harness from the ls dont swap it with the gs car. just remove what you need. after you have removed it from the LS you will agree 100%. start from the passenger side to the driver side and then to the fuse box. have a new razor blade handy and some snips. expect some sticky hands. run it under the dash. make sure to tape is up like it was stock. about 3hrs if its your first time. and that just for the removal and splitting the harness.
good luck
good to kno thanks man
