I am planning on putting in a new exedy organic clutch and lightened flywheel with a short shifter in the spring. I have never had a problem with the transmission grinding ever. I am wondering if putting in this higher performance clutch and flywheel will increase the chances that the tranny wiil start to grind. Should i replace the transmission fluid also?
Replace it GM Syncromesh FRICTION MODIFIED and hopefully it solve the grinding problem.
