Palmdale(LACR) Open on Wed & Fri from 5-10 i think…$15 to race…$5 for every additional person.
Track conditions suck. Its always windy and cold as hell(only good part for your car i guess…slow ass times or maybe its just my car 16.182@84mph with a bad clutch.

Brotherhood Raceway aka TI is no longer. Its been a real long time since that closed down. There were planning on bringing it back up but politics stopped it.
Carlsbad raceway has also closed down just recently.
Only available tracks in Southern Cali are
LACR-Palmdale Wed and Fri nights 4pm -10pm
Irwindale speedway - Irwindale Thursday nights 4pm? -?

Pomona Raceway - only open 1 weekend a year for access to us. During the NHRA Sport Compact Finals.
fuk i just took my car to palmdale last night (first time i been there). what’s the elevation up there???
my car ran like shit…i seriously felt that i lost 1/3 of power output cuz when i came home my car a lot faster.
my friend spanked me with his crx with a stock b16 swap. bastid cheated with slicks. i ran in full economy setup - 45psi in all 4 on my shitty daily driven tires and i think my timing was off by 4-5 degrees. i didnt even bother launching and i steered around the burnout box. pretty crappy…out of the 3 runs that i got, i improved my trap speed 3mph each time into the mid 90’s. my ET’s were like high 15’s = tEh SuCK!!!
Thats a good time considering the track and elevation, i think that is one of the worst places to race, its so far and out in the middle of nowhere, it sucks and its fucking cold and windy…i think i might go to test out my new flywheel and clutch next friday…
