on ebay they are selling chrome 4-2-1 headers for 90-91 integra. Are these good headers and how much torque/hp should i expect to gain? also, how much louder will the car be with headers on it? thanks!
I believe it’s only a 2-3 hp gain at the wheels. And as far as I know, there is no Ractive “Chrome” header for the Integra. Only Ceramic-coated and stainless steel (which can be construed as Chrome).

off brand headers are kind of hit-or-miss. You don’t know unless you try 'em. Ractive probably doesn’t have a big R.D. department, I wouldn’t be surprised if they just built theres to the same specs as big name headers. Thats why a lot of people argue that a header is a header when compareing a big array of brands. So in short, if you can get a good deal and don’t mind taking a chance of not being satisfied w/it, go for it!!
Ractive is probably the utmost cheapest way to do mods to your car. However price goes hand in hand with quality. I’d say lay off the cheap stuff and save up for a real set of headers (like DC sports for example)
