Radiator hose clamps

I was told by the dealer that the OEM clamps are reuseable. I checked it out when I got home. They don’t seem like they would be. If I used pliers to pull them apart, I would think they would lose the tension and can not be reused. Can use an experts advice. Should I just go out and buy the screw tightening aftermarket ones or stick with the OEM “reuseable” clamps.

oem clamps are reusable. don’t worry they’ll hold up.

how da heck do u get to the bottom hose clamp.
