Ok, so I have a beater 5spd 91 RS that I have rescued from going to the junkyard a while back. 97 JDM LS Swap, converted to OBD1 and chipped and tuned on crome. Runs great, 27 mpg still etc…
HOWEVER,
At random points throughout the months I have owned it, the AC, Radio AND Cigg lighter will just STOP working. What is super odd, is I can hear the compressor click on still, just the blower totally stops.
I have taken out both kick panels looking for loose grounds, as it seems to happen at the absolute most random times, hit a bump, slam door, but today it happened just backing out of a spot and turning…
The car has a brand new ac system (compressor etc) and it works great when on. I am fairly certain it is a loose ground, but for the life of me I cannot locate like ANY grounds inside the car.
Anythoughts on this, yes I promise I serached…the net, here, if you prove me wrong and find a thread, then I apologize in advance.
PS about to buy a second G2 as this one is my track car lol…
