I’m having a problem on my 91 Teg where either the radio or the blower fan (climate) will work, but they will not work together. When I try to turn on both they alternate back and forth…few seconds of radio, few seconds of fan.
Is there a relay or circuit breaker that somehow manages both of these items in the electrical system? The diagrams I’ve looked at so far show each of these items on different circuits.
Any thoughts?
Check your main acc. fuse, it is on the upper left side of your under dash fuse box, it is under a plastic cover, make sure it is screwed down securely.
I would also check the dash harness grounds, when one, seemingly unrelated, circuit has an effect on another circuit they share a common ground point and the ground has gone bad and they get their ground from each other, but as you can see, only one can work at a time.:sipread:94
LMAO, i’d kick the shit outta my car if it would do that!!! it would drive me crazy!!! I can imagine how fustrating a problem like that would be.
