I raised the brake line mount on my Tokico Illuminas to lower the car but I raised the coilover so the result was the same ride height and more travel and the spring is really close to having constant pressure when no weight is on it. Sorry I didn’t take any pictures of the assembled product, I was a little anxious.
Before this the front of my car had less than an inch of suspension travel and rode like crap, when I finished I drove around hitting those big bumps to test it out and the front rides great. On the other hand, Ive never noticed how crappy the back was, so I need to extend the top hats in the rear, and the front, and get the revo camber kit installed, then lower it some more.
I used the second part of this process about half way down the first page and it was pretty simple. The size tubing I used was 1.75 OD .095 wall and it was perfect. http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=469485
and here is the car so you can see the ride height
