bet… i was thinking about getin the skunk but wasnt sure how it’s gona look like .
i think when you put it on it will slant at an angle just like the rsr gtII exhaust but i dunno. a couple of my buddys have skunk2’s on there civic’s and crx’s and they sound nice and look tight…
yeah I’m asking about reviews and I have a skunk2 cat-back sitting here and a test pipe that im getting put on, on tuesday so I’ll let you everyone know my thoughts. Just wanted to hear some reviews before though because no one talks of them very often.

yeah show us some picture and tell us how it sound , and maybe rate the exhaust from 1 to 10 10 the loudest
My test pipe was a cheap one I picked up off ebay. It was like $10 for the pipe and $50ish for shipping. Yeah I’ll see what I can do about the pics and rating. If I ever pick up the USB cord for my phone I could record a little sound clip of it. Do a 0-60 run maybe. We will see.
Hey just got my skunk2 mega power exhaust on. Look good and sounds good too. On a scale of 1-10 for loudest I say maybe a 3 or 4. It is a lot quiter then I thought it would me and won’t draw any un nesscary attention. I can really feel the difference in performance also.
can you post pix of the exhaust plz… im ordering my next week and a megan racing header but my exhaust is going to be straight pipe.
Hey spitfire3355 was it a straight pipe or it follows the stock pipeing ?
pretty sure it follows stock because it comes up and around the rear wheel like the stock one did. Only thing with it is you have to remove the drivers side rear tow hook. They explain all this with the extra piece they send with the cat-back. Its just a extra bracket to hold up your exhaust.

Man I wish I knew what exhaust I had. I bought mine off a friend who had it on his RX7. It doesn’t have a brand name on the outside and my friend doesn’t remember what kind it is. Best damn exhaust I’ve ever heard on a Teg. It sounds better on my Teg then it did on my friend’s RX7. It’s quiet at idle but it has a low / medium growl and doesn’t get loud until up over 5k RPM but when I hit 5k you can tell as it sounds like the exhaust switched gears from low to high…almost like when VTEC kicks in. If I ever sell or have to get rid of my Teg I’m gonna take this one with me. Even if I have to sawz-all it off. I’m gonna try and see if I can match it.

Just finished installing my Tanabe Hyper Medallion and it just sounds great. It might have a big tip but man that this is quiet. Everything else is stock and it sounded pretty good. When I hit vtec it got a little bit louder. The only thing that I dont like is that the tip stands out a little too far out.
