does any1 know where i could find out hot to remove the rear bumper on my 93 integra??
if i can remember correctly…
there are two bolts on either side of the car you can access from underneath the car (just look and you should see them)
then there are 2 bolts on both side of the car inside the trunk (you have to remove or at least half remove and pull back the plastic that covers the rear inside the trunk as well as the plastic that runs down the sides covering the shock towers.)
You have to unplug the clip that feeds power to the license plate light as well and feed it through a hole in the trunk.
It’s been a while since I did it last but it wasnt very hard and after you remove the second set of bolts it should fall right off…
Dont forget about that wire for the plate light tho! the bumper is somewhat heavy and if it falls off the car with the wire still attached it might rip it off.
Then I believe once the bolts are off you slip each fender side forward toward the front of the car a bit then off. There are these little plastic slider thingys on there that are attached.
Again, sorry I cant be more specific but it has been a while.
Perhaps someone else can be a little more specific but I dont have any pics.
theres to screws on each side of the car by the wheel. then i think there is two bolts on each side that go on to the car behind the plastic. then there is the harness for the plate lights. hope this helps
the hardest part is getting the 2 bolts on the bottom, over all very easy job
and if either one of them didnt mention it, its also better to have a friend help because i did it by myself and i wish i had someone to help. makes it a whole lot easier.
