Rear bumper sagging

Ok where the rear bumper and the frame meet up, there is a large gap cause my car rolled back and rolled into another parked car… At the honda dealership, into a brand new carr… Woo

So anyway, the rust broke apart and my bumper is just hanging, is there anything I can do for it, The bolt hole is now a rust hole so it sags, i will post pcs asap, but is there anything I can do to keep the bumper in place? Thanks guys.

Yeah - and dont forget your handbreak.
PS - Ive been driving standard for about 2 months now, and I completely forgot about the handbreak.

Ok - I checked it out and the spot near the drivers side rear feder where the bumper meet the wheel well has two clips that attatach to the frame via holes, although the frame portion is rusted and it broke off. Its wierd cause my cars not that rusty. - what can I do. I might just cut it off, and a weld an new peice on that I can mount it too.
