rear bumper wiring .... need help to id where 2 wires go

The section of wiring connects to the metal rear bumper support.
The picture below are of TWO of the same wiring harness.


I know that the END connector of the harness is for the license plate light blub.
I need to know what the 2 wires are for (middle of the harness)

There are TWO license plate bulbs… Hence two pairs of connectors.

i checked my bumper and it only had 1 plastic “lens” of where the bulb connector goes into, so i figured only 1 light blub.

Perphase 1 lens is missing that is why it’s cut off. I’ll have to go find another lens.
