Rear Caliper problem, need advice ASAP!

Guys I am doing my brakes and am having problems installing the dust cup & piston. What order do they go in? I’ve tried putting in the dust cover first and then try to fit the piston in but am having no luck. I also tried forcing it and the dust cover ring ripped! How do I get the piston/dust cover in??

The trick that a Acura tec showed me was to blow air through the brake line hole to push out the edges of the dust seal. It was still difficult to do.
