I think it would be kinda’ hard not to do the civic skirts and accord lip for how cheap it is. I just got both of them for $40.00 at a junk yard. If your ok with doing some cutting I think this is definetly the way to go if you have a small budget.
tegboi: mr. integra in this post said something about heating up the bumper to get it to fit the lip…I was curious if something like that would work.

if u dont somehow bend the bottom of the bumper at approx 90degrees then the lip will not sit flush… which is why i heat it up…
has anyone fit it any other way ?
mR_InTeGRa: Did the bumper bend up pretty easy? Did it mess up the paint at all when it was heated? By the way, your lip kit looks even better painted…good job.
nah didnt harm no paint… the bit that i kinda bent/folded up is the black plastic underneath the bumper so there no paint there…
it will become obvious when u actually come to do it

when i put my lip on, i didnt actually bend the bumper… found that i didnt need to. All i did was score a small line into the upper inner edge of the lip where it mounts to the bumper. Kinda hard to explain, but this way i could bend the mounting bit down so therefore it would sit flush with the bumper, sits quite well, although the middle skinny bit is angled but i like it that way. so yea, i suppose there are a couple of ways of doing it
wouldnt have a clue about mugen reps… we dont have them here in Australia so ive never seen them… our only option are ricey aftermarket huge ugly sideskirts… or custom…

This is a question out of nowhere for Mr Integs and Crispy or any other Aussie… How much did you get your EK skirts for? One place was trying to charge me $130 each! ($260 a pair)
oh ok so u have the accord front lip too. nice. im really like the way the lip kit is lookin on ur ride. i have a type r front lip and wanna know how that’ll fit with those sides and rear lip. so if any1 has any opinions let me know

Ive currently got a type r front lip and type r rear lip with G3 oem skirts which are sorta like mugen reps arent they? Installing of G3 skirts and EK skirts are almost exactly the same except for the lil tabs you cut out from the inside of the G3 skirts.
Anyway im still searching for EK skirts just coz they can hang a lil lower and match up with the front lip. IMO.
