I’m looking for a rear strut bar that actually does something. I’ve seen them from $20 up to $200. The two names I found on this site were the cusco and the spoon bar. What can you guys recommend to me or not recommend. TIA.
i’m kinda biased as i have the spoon rear one… but the cheaper OBX-R ones look sturdy enough to me. what ever is within your pocket book limits my friend
There’s just something about the name OBX that says cheap to me. Is this actually a good company or is it another APC?
OBX is actually pretty good. I have their rear lower tie bar and it looks and feels solid. Unfortunately, i wasn’t able to install it because it was hitting my rear sway bar. IMO, the spoon bar isn’t all that, that’s what i have right now. If i can find a 1 pc rear bar (kinda like my neuspeed front), i would replace the spoon bar.
What rear sway bar do you have jonster? I have the ST rear sway bar and want to know what tie bars wouldn’t be affected by this bar. Thanks.
I have the ST rear sway bar also. The obx rear lower tie bar didn’t fit on my car but i belive it did fit another member’s DA hatchback.
