so my da has the rear wiper removed and there now a black grommet with a hole the size of a dime in the middle… i know this is a common mod… but what did you guys use to plug it up?

i myself want to do this… but i use my rear wiper just about every time it rains because i need to back out of my parking spot.

its a shame too, removing the rear wiper realy helps clean up the look.
The plug I used for mine (which fits perfectly) is from the firewall, if you’re looking at the engine it’s on the right, under the brake booster.
I took it out of a junkyard car… the junker was a 90-91 - not sure if it matters.

I did the same thing but I used some RTV to seal it up real good.
I had black electrical tape on the inside of the hatch when I took the wiper out as I didn’t have the plug handy… Rocked that for a few days, got a plug, and everytime it rains I rip the plug out and see - and it’s always dry…
