Affected Bulletin No.

Dear Integra Owner:
American Honda has determined that the hot, humid climate and driving conditions in the southeastern part of the U.S. may affect the durability of the distributor bearing, a part in the Integra’s ignition system.
Vehicles Affected
Only vehicles within the following VIN ranges are affected:
1992 Integra: ALL
1993 Integra:
2-door RS, LS, GS: Thru VIN JH4DA9…PS021690
4-door RS, LS, GS: Thru VIN JH4DB1…PS003558
2-door GSR: Thru VIN JH4DB2…PS000804
(If you’re not sure if your vehicle falls within the above ranges, you’re uncertain if this has already been done or you would like to check for any outstanding campaigns on your Acura, please complete our Outstanding Campaign Inquiry Form.)
It is very unlikely that your car’s distributor will ever develop a problem. But, if it does, your Acura dealer will replace it free of charge under this warranty extension.
Although you may not live in an area where the bearing’s durability is an issue, Acura is extending the warranty on your car’s distributor assembly to 6 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date your car was first sold. This is in the interests of customer satisfaction.
If you have any questions about this warranty extension, please call Acura Customer Relations at (800) 382-2238.
Sincerely,
AMERICAN HONDA MOTOR CO., INC.
