redoing my ADR DTM

first i started off with these…
they were in horrible condition… curbage everywhere.

then i sanded then off with 120grit… to take away all the curbage.
most of the curbage was gone, cept there was a couple of deep gashes
so i used body filler to fill it in… (also a pic of all the paints i used)

then i painted the inside of the wheel

then i put on some primer.

tommorow im going to put on a couple layers of Dupli-Color’s Graphite wheel paint

and i need help on decided wut size rubber to wrap it with…
i was thinkni
205/50/16, im dropped with eibach sport lines, and dont know if it will rub or not. any ideas?

too fat of a tire. go with 205/45/16

45/16 will be closest ratio to stock

i run 205/50 cuz i got free brand new f1-d3

it acutally helpd me alittle cuz it made my gear ratio longer
with a gsr tranny

i would go 45/16

more updated pics…

just as you requested… here you go
6 coats later

nice…

how is the bondo going to hold up. you think its going to chip?

bondo is not going to chip…
over 90% of the body was sanded off…
and almost all of the curbage came off with sanding…

NICE

I hope you used the duplicolor wheel clear…

Brake dust likes to stick to the wheel paint horribly plus it will minimize the chances of chipping.

damn shits look super sexy…what process did u use for sanding them down?

120
bondo
then
120, - 320, -600
paint.

Soo… have you put them on yet. Im curious if its going to start flacking??
