ive looked into this, it seems as though, all you need to do is replace that whole abs unit with the 40-40 prop valve, apparently you have to bend some brake lines to do it.
i did it to mine and all i did was remove all the abs stuff put a 40/40 prop valve in and made new lines.
^^what he said. Junk everything, replace lines and find a 40/40 prop valve. If you want to go crazy wilwood/tilton make adjustable prop valves.
what about the booster? i thought you had to change that too?
Booster is the same i think. Just gotta check part # to confirm. I could be wrong but i think the non abs cars came with 15/16 mc and the abs cars came with 1inch mc. Which would be better anyway…
abs brake booster can be used. when i first did the conversion i used a non abs mc and the brakes would lock up every 20 miles or so. all you need is a 40/40 prop valve and some lines and you will be fine
There are a couple write ups about this somewhere on the forum. Basically remove all the abs equipment, get a non abs 40/40 prop valve and non abs brake lines or make your own. There are two lines that go from the master to the prop valve, two from the prop valve to each front wheel. and you will have to make 2 about 8-12 inch extensions from the rear lines to the prop valve. You can use the abs master and booster or get a non abs one it doesn’t matter. The abs is a 1" and non is 15/16". the abs mc also has different fittings so you will need the fittings from your old lines or get adapters. Also the abs mc must be used with a abs booster and a non abs mc must be used with a non abs booster, they are different.
The brake booster is not the same. OP. Search for the non abs coversion thread. Everything you need to know is in there!!
Sorry teggy racer I ment to quote abs lsd
I just bought a 91 integra from someone who did the abs delete and still used the abs booster/mc and my brakes lock up like it’s scary… I’m just doing a brakebooster delete anyway, but Im sure if you use a non abs booster and mc it will be normal… I really couldnt believe how touchy the brakes are in this new daily I got… It’s crazy
I know it might be off topic but I figure there might be some brake system gurus watching this thread. Does a DC2 booster fit out cars? Theres an import place selling ITR MC/boosters around here for a good price but it seems like you cant just run the ITR MC on our boosters because of the mounting orientation.
oooor am i going to have to find out for myself lol

The jdm ITR mc/booster fits but you have to use both together because of the orientation that you describe. The lines are oriented differently as well so you will need to modify the lines. The front line is on top of the m/c instead of the side. Pre 98 ITR might be on the side but can’t confirm that. I have the 98 setup on my car but just so you know there isn’t really any benefit over a DA setup. The only reason I did this was because it was cheaper that buying a new one.
That was very helpfull thanks!! Yeah my lines are not stock to begin with since i removed the abs so its not biggie. I`m switching over for the same reason…booster AND mc are starting to go lol
