remove oil pan

so, I need to remove it, how do I proceed??:confused: I’ll remove the kind of metal braket that is in the way but do I need to remove the second part of my headers as well? or I’m able to remove the pan in keeping the headers there? help please! thx!!

You need to take off the lower half of the header if possible. If not, take off the header/manifold.

You need to take the crossmember off - the one that goes front to back right next to the header (5 bolts).

You need to take the flywheel inspection plate cover.

There may be two alumium brackets that bolt from the tranny to the underside of the block that need to be removed.

At this point, you should be able to remove the oilpan.
