Remove starter relay

This is how to remove your starter relay in your 90-93 integra. Acura still does not believe me that this exist. I found a picture in the helms manual and I am putting it up on my imagestation account at http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4290679197

  1. You will need to remove all your panels inside the interior just to make it easier for you to see. When I say all I mean your panel to the radio, under your glovebox, kick and the dash. This will make it easier to see it.

  2. Look under the passenger side and you will see the radio fan control module. Starter relay is above and behind that. You will not be able to see the relay but if you took apart the dash you will see it looking on top. It will be hidden behind the structural bar that runs through the interior.

  3. I took a long screwdriver and pryed the sensor from the top, breaking what held it. There is no way of taking it out without doing this. Now I am able to ziptie it closer to where I can get to it next time.

The number for the relay is (056700-9250)
and the part number from Acura is 39794SK7003
It costs $30.08

So finally, there is a starter relay for this vehicle. I heard clicking from my ECU and had problems starting my car. I finally had time to take apart my dash and found this. I bought and replaced this and now my car is fine! Hope this helps everyone!!!

good job. mine just turned out to be a loose battery-to-chassis ground.

fyi note the “M/T” designation meaning its only for manual transmissions. autos use the neutral position switch to the right of the shifter.

image don’t work man. I got some clicking today by the glovebox so its gotta be this relay. Once you pry it off, how do you replace it? It unplugs or something?

is the relay 4 pcs? i am looking at it from sunnyside acura and it says 39794-SK7-003 RELAY ASSY. (4P) ? why would it say (4P)?

in the helms they use “4P”, “2P”, etc. to indicate a 4-pin or 2-pin connector.
