I’ve replaced my alt twice now and the diodes keeps going. There is non at the wreckers but I have a few 89 civic alternators kicking around in parts cars. Are they the same? will they work?? Or… could I just swap the voltage regulatrors off them and put them in my car? My car is a 1990 gs
