replacing cam seal on B18a1?

I know this question has been asked alot but not on a b18a. i removed the Valve cover i will replace later, but my cam seal has been leaking alot so i purchased a Blox three o ring one. and ran into a problem, do i only remove the cam mount (e6) bolts, and when placing back how much torque do i put 7.2? and also should i use silicone on the seal and VC gasket?

yea u remove the cam cap that cover it, it will be a bitch to get loose but just be careful with it, and i would put hondabond on the cam seal itself as well, as i have the 3 ring o ring and it started leaking about 2 months after. as for the torque i cant remember i think its something like 7.5 ft/lbs

just where there is a seam in the metal and on the corners where the cam caps are

I used Permatex Ultra-Black for the small wedge areas around the cam holder ends. I included a picture to help illustrate. Also, you’re right they get torque to around 7lbs.
