Replacing High Brake Light

Okay, My Hatch brake light was janky as shit. So I bought a new one and i’m trying to replace it.

I need to find out how to get the rubber seals into the glass, I can’t figure it out. It seems like their just to big.

After I get those seals in i’ll be able to put the light up there with no problems, but I can’t get these bastards in.

Any help would be awesome. Thanks

use needle nose pliers to bend it inward then squeeze it together with other pliers so it will fit in the hole. then release the pliers and it should form itself inside the holes.
