I want to rewire my bumper lenses, but im not good at wiring. I was going to attempt to try the first one in the tep tips section, but it says that they will melt the bumper lens. Would an LED bulb not create as much heat, not causing the bumper lens to melt?
I have had them rewired for almost 2 years and they have not melted. though i cant speak for everyone else, only thing i have encountered is changing the bulb quite frequently.
I’ve just rewired mine again, changed up to the dual filament method.
When it’s on, it’s just not as bright as I would like them to be, but the blinkers shine fine.
