i think its a manual lever to choose between fresh air and recirculation 88-91 crx’s have it also

yup, 3rd confirmation here. i have one sitting in my garage right now…he he he;) . took me a while to figure it out, but with the dash all apart, you can see what it connects to pretty easily. keep your eyes peeled for my RHD updates…
