Rotted caliper bolts and stripped rotor screws

Alright…I picked up this DA9 a few months ago and now it comes to the time where my brake pads are no longer. I did the front brakes rotors/pads and it was a little rough with the rust. Past owner neglecting the brakes. I get to the rear brakes and the screws to take the rotors off are stripped to hell. The caliper bolts won’t budge from the years of rust. I’ve even sprayed wd-40 to try to get the slightest movement. It’s a mess. Any1 have an idea to get theses rotors off and caliper bolts removed. Is there a trick I’m missing. Should I go to acura and order new caliper hardware and rotor screws?

Just drill them out. If you realy want to put new hardware back in. just drill and tap the hole in the wheel bearing back out.

Personally, I always just drill the heads off the rotor screws with a 3/8" drill bit and allow the wheel and lug nuts to hold on the rotors. Seeing as how you you live in NY, I assume your brake covers have completely rotted off which increases the the speed of decay. In terms of getting those bolts off, that is never a fun project. Sometimes a pair of vice grips, or even an angle grinder is required, in which case new bolts come in real handy. Have fun.

drill out the screws. if the bolts don’t budge get yourself a bigger breaker bar. if they still don’t budge find yourself a pipe to put over the breaker bar. they’ll come off with that trust me.
