I just changed the clutch in my '91, but I put a 92-93 tranny in with it and had to use my exsisting speedo cable drive thingy, but now at ~60-65mph I am turning 3500 rpm. Does that sound high?
Hmmm…I asked this question a while back. If you searched, there will be many answer to your question.
At 60-65mph, my rpm is at 3100-3300. Not too far from you.
depends what transmission and final drive you have guys.

i have a b16 with a jdm s1 tranny and my RPMs at 100 km/h is about 3700… which is disgusting as far as efficiency is concerned, but i don’t mind still having acceleration when i need it lol
ya my slap-o-matic B18a1 runs at 3k going 62-65 mph.
4k at 85-88mph. on 15x7’s rolling on 50 series tires
at 60mph i am at 2900 rpm just a tad bit before 3k rpm. This is how i see it on my 91 ls with 16 in wheels.
With the stock 195/60R14s on my 1990 5 speed GS, I turned damn near 1krpm/20mph for ACTUAL speed. I indicated maybe 8% high, so I hit indicated 3k at 64 or something.
2900rpm at 100km/h, 92 GS 5spd
Auto = 3,500k = 78MPH
