Hey, this is my first time posting a thread, so please excuse me if I am doing something wrong in it. I currenlty have a cat-back exhaust on my 92 Teg, and it has a whole in the end of it… 2 actually. I am looking at getting a new one. The two that I am looking at are the RSR Ex Mag II and the Skunk 2 N1 exhaust systems.
My question to anyone who would like to assist in my decision is which one is better. I have been leaning more towards the RSR, but I dont know. I live in Carroll County, Maryland. Winters can sometimes be harsh, but I don’t really know how the salt will factor in on the systems. So, please, I would appreciate it if anyone would let me know their opinion on it. Thanks in advance!
RS*R no doubt, have mine ordered. Not as loud as most but has a more refined sound. The only thing about asking for advice is your getting other peoples opinions which everyone is different lol. You won’t get a exact answer but just take the advice for what it’s worth and go with what you want. Hope this helps, L8ter man
I think you referring to the RS*R GTII right? And are using the universal Skunk 2? Because I don’t think they make a catback for the G2. Other than that I heard good things about the HKS Hi-power. If your looking at N1 styles
Thnx to both of you…
to SAIP: Yea, I know that it is more opinionated, but from some of the other forums I have been looking in, everyone here seems to know what is what, and I am just trying to make a good decision. And yea, I have heard that the RS*R have a definitive sound to them, and I am not looking more of a loud sound, more of a deep one.
to One_Ball: Yea, the GTII. I havent really looked at HKS much, but one of my friends has one, and I am liking that, I’ll have to look into them a little bit more.
Thanks to you both, and anyone else who is gonna reply back…
