Rubber wiper delete plug

im sure if you buy the one from password jdm , you will feel like a moron afterwards because you spent that much on it and then you have to wait for it. haha. sucks.

it is the same plug from the honda dealer. I use to have the part number and I remember that it wasnt $8.

I used the EG one as well

I used the Civic plug on my Integra but when I deleted the rear wiper on my Element I used a blank for a faucet it cost me $1.79 at Ace hardwear. I just painted it black & used some silicone to seal it. IMO thats a better option then a pop in plug that anyone could pop out. The faucet blank has a back plate that screws in.

Stainless steel or plastic?

I used the plastic one but they had the stainless on too. I thought the paint would stick better on the plastic. I’ll take some pics tomorrow if its not raining.

quick question my brother just got his rear delete plug from honda and every time he snaps it in place it doesnt stay in the hole it just pops right out if you put some pressure to it any help would deeply appreciate it thanks

I used a rubber plug that some guy sells on honda-tech, but I don’t remember how snug it fit on its own. I know I added clear silicone to ensure water wouldn’t get in.

Dude I went to homedepo / hardware store and found a faucet delete plug made of plastic, painted it black then bolted it to the rear window.
No one would ever tell that it’s a faucet delete.
Only thing was I have to trim the long back part with a kitchen knife before I bolted on.

good job… i love DIY. i used a plastic pop in hole plug from homedepot on mine, but your idea seams better

I’ll shoot a front and rear pic. Best part about it being cheap is no one else would want.
It was left behind when my car was stolen, everything was taken except my diy wiper delete plug.

i cant remember the part numbers, but you can get those much cheaper at the dealership

Dodge truck rear diff plug. Works perfectly for the antenna hole (and woun’t leak)…not sure how big the wiper hole is, but might work there too.

Just go to the junkyard and find yourself some civics go to to the firewall and start taking off any plugs that you see there, I did that one day and came home happy.

I used the same one for the rear wiper arm delete and for the antenna as well.

got any pics of it on your car

Sadly I do not. I got it when I worked at jiffy lube to plug my power antenna hole once it broke. It sat really flush. I have been meaning to get a few of them, but keep forgetting when I’m at auto zone. Right now I have a rubber plug I got from home depot hardware section plugging the antenna hole. (which looks like shit IMO)

I still have the wiper though, so I don’t know the difference in hole size.
