dang I don’t know what he did wrong but you guys check this out. at least he had common sense to put the E-brake on after all that happened…lol

He did tighten them properly. He just used the wrong type of lug-nut.
if you’re going to buy aftermarket lug-nuts, make sure you get the right type. Wrong lug nuts will tighten down like any other. Only until you stress them does the wrong lug nut fail like shown here.
seeing that some of you dont know what really caused it, it could’ve happened to you.
