Hey guys I just spent $490 dollars with rywire. I had my harness reworked and spent an additional $ 200 on a chipped ecu. It was 490 all together. Anyway I did not get a chipped ecu I got an ecu with a chip tapped to the top of it. My car runs and is pretty strong, but my problem is I don’t know wicth spot in the ecu the chip goes in. Can anyone help. I also wan to post pics and video. I will do that tomorrow.
come on I know someone knows it is a p06 ecu it has two chips that look alike and I just need to know witch spot the chip rywire sent me goes in. Knowlege please.:stare: 
ehh, im sure its converted to a p28. there should be a 28 pin (i think it is)socket if the ecu is already “chipped” that you just push the chip into. if the ecu doesnt have a socket installed i would send it back for a refund. lol

yea no problem if you have more problems just open it up and take a pic and i will tell ya which chip it is.
I put the chip in last night and a ll I can say is wow. I was wondering if this swap would be worth it, no longer a dought.I did all the labor myself so I am kinda proud. Anyway thats another post. Thanks again man.
