I don’t think it’s sad, it just shows what the scene was like in the early 2000s, body kits, huge wings, ect. I think the same will happen 10-15 years from now and seeing all the cambered out mess from right now. Fenders/qp looking like bacon, under the chassis destroyed, ect.

Lexus with the slammed cambered out wheels on the Turnpike the other day. He was in the left lane doing fifty. There should be a road purge day to make it legal to put those people into the wall.
I think what’s sad is the condition of them. It’s hard to find a g2 that’s not a mess. I haven’t seen one on the road where I live in a long time, can’t even find them in the junk yard to donate to my project

It’s just hard nowadays to come across people who enjoy these cars as much as we do, or at least me. Many just use it as point a to point b. others may do some ricey shit or cut way too many corners, then there are people like i’ve seen here on g2ic and take the dreams and ideas they have for the car and actually make it come true. that’s a true enthusiast IMO.
