Saying hello, and is there enough space under..

Have some good information here. Thank you for the data .

Does anybody have the time to look and see if there is room for a hidden 5 lb tank , behind n’ up under the rear bumper on a DA ? Opposite side of the muffler. I have been very successful in the past doing this on the gen 3. The exterior ATV/cycle 5 lb tank is use for valve and tank longevity, it has better resistance to exposure.

Nitrous Express 5 lb ATV tank is about 5.25" x 18" .

Also I’m Looking to get a hold of joshpilot.

Here this is the under view. No sacrificed grocery space. Your resupply missions will remain plentiful . On return inspection the benefit of coated SS braided line I now realize. Note the rub.

Rivet a 1" peice of flat steel as a mount, no make that two … Orient the tank, short bracket in front.

Add a little solenoid on a relay under the plenum in non visible space, and let Hondata manage. A 35-45 hp jet goes a long way with 8-10 psi, probably acts like 80-100hp jet in comparison to NA setup. Like air conditioning for the intake track. The 5 lb tank gets about 100 zips through 1st and 2nd, and about $15 to fill. Makes good sense to me.

DA guys look when you get a chance. Manual only has artistry.

Joshpilot?

I’d hate to see what happens in an accident…

Me pounding the other guy to oblivion for rear ending me. Believe It , I can box.

Bill , when there is a moment to spare, look if there is a similar area under your Gen 2. Didn’t see a undercarriage shot in your pics. I need to look up that skirt.

I’m gonna take a moment to explain the benefit of Hondata engine management. It is a professional grade tool that grants almost unlimited upgrade potential from a software tuning standpoint. If your Honda product is OBD1 + there is no reason not to check it out. Opens up the algol-rythms and puts you in command of the curve. Great for controling nitrous setups , blowers, and turbo’s. If you step into forced induction a piggyback SAFC can work with the stock ECM to pass inspections when Hondata is not street legal. For me it is more convenient then removing the forced induction device. Never feel like you are locked into a choice. Semper Fi.

addition- Are the 94+ GSR OEM strut bars compatible with the 91-92? Are bolt holes same / same?

This is about the best picture I can get. You probably could hide it under there on the driver side, if you the exhaust out of the passenger side.

if you look in that album you can see how the spare tire well is shaped. Also, the frame bits are right there so it would be ideal to mount it against.

Thank you.

This forum has all kinds of ideas.

The anti lag on the wiper “mist function” , looks like good clean fun.

The people running hondata or other anti lag systems , when using it to build turbo boost off the line from a stop, is your throttle opened all the way? Or just enough to make flow for the rev limiting in the anti lag settings ? Then lean into it as traction allows. Traction was the problem off the line not boost, for me, when I did the turbo. It was not the power but the low gearing digging hard from the hole.
