When I get on it or racing My car Always scrapes in 3rd…can someone tell me why and what can I do to take care of it???plz reply…thanks…
synchro’s buddy…common problem in our cars…always seems to be 3rd gear…only way to get rid of the problem is to rebuild the tranny and replace those synchros…
OR…
you could try and prolong the life of them a little more by trying to change your tranny fluid…do a search for how to change it…im pretty sure someone has explained how to change the tranny fluid…i did mine about 8 months ago

is it possible that the clutch just has less travel now and you’re fully depressing it?
mine did tha exact thing i adjusted everything to specs and it still would grind no matter how much hard i pushed th eclutch in
so heres a trick
drive normally and when u go to shift to 3rd push the clutch in a wait about 5-10 seconds and then put it into 3rd gear!! if it goes into gear without grinding and it goes in normally then its your clutch/pressure plate causing the problem and you ened a new clutch kit!
USE HONDA TRANSMISSION FLUID, I FOUND THAT USING ANY OTHER TYPE IS TO THICK AND WILL CAUSE GEARS TO GRIND, AFTER I PUT THE HONDA TRANNY FLUID IN, IT SHIFTED SO MUCH SMOOTHER AND NO MORE GRIN IN 3RD!!!

Where @ can u get the Honda Transmission Fluid??? Im going to try that also a new clutch…
