First of all, hello. I’m a new member, but I’ve been a reader of G2IC’s forums for years. Anyways, I’ve been looking for some blades for a while and this guy john9i6 (his name is Quoc Nguyen, but his American name is John) showed up with a set for sale. Excited as I was, I agreed to send him a money order. He lives in Sacramento, so he says. I payed $340 plus $37 more for a transfer fee on Saturday Feb. 12th, and haven’t heard a word from him since the money cleared later that saturday. I did some research on his e-mail address and it turns out he got his yahoo e-mail account on the 31st of January, just before he registered on this site. So basically I didn’t look at the trader rating or his history on G2IC because I was excited about the rims, but now I need to get this money back. Neil, can you get me an IP address for this guy, or any information at all? It’d be a huge help. Also, anybody in or near sacramento that knows or knows of a kid named Quoc(John) Nguyen, please let me know. and…it has only been 4 days since the money cleared…not even long enough for the wheels to get to you
I wouldnt be concerned, but the only reason I paid through western union is because he said he would be able to get free next day delivery somehow. I havnt heard from him since the money cleared, and he usually responded very promptly to email before. Not to mention he has a bunk email address.

nope. I found a website that’s should solve this all. It’s Sacramento’s cyber crime website. Apparently the FBI is very involved. I had to fill out like 10 detailed forms on what hapened, all the information I had on him, a buncha shit. My fingers are crossed 
. If they don’t get to the bottom of this, I’m going to Cali myself :mad:.
