Just took apart my headlight to replace the fog capsule. what would you guys recommend to use to seal them back up nice with no problems. thanks in advance.
I personally like Lexel. Newer product, but works great and dries perfectly clear. I used it on my headlight resto and it came out great.
IMO the best product is the same as was used from the factory when they were new… Butyl Rubber sealant. You can google and find it from a few different places as well.
I ordered mine from this company but it appears they no longer stock the stuff I bought. The stuff they carry now is black, but to match the OEM sealant that came on your lights I’d look for the gray Koito sealant.

just reheat it with a heatgun and put the lense back on.
Lexel and some butty glue wills surely seal that perfectly.
