in other words he is asking if it would be good to replace the word “acura” with “honda” emblem.
in response, streetracer007 posted a picture of his car showing what it would look like with the “honda” word emblem on. no where did streetracer007 ever say he shaved his emblems.
i’ll make it easier for you to understand, REVolutionINTEG wanted to see what it would look like with the honda word emblem, and streetracer007 showed him with a picture of his car with it on.
aaaaaactually… i think the first poster used “shaved” as a term for just removing them. when most people say “shaved” they mean removing them, filling the holes, and repainting.
therefore, the reply of “thats not shaved” may be referring to the holes on the right side from the “integra” lettering. since technically, the emblems were not “shaved” as the generally accepted definition (remove/fill/paint) would imply.
just sayin’. not tryin’a be a dick

just a thought but has anyone thought about about puttin the “integra” badge from the new rsx on there? I am thinking about doing it an just was wondering what you guys thout about that?
I thought about it briefly. It wouldn’t match any of the other trim indicators, though, so I nixed the idea… the JP “HONDA” and US “INTEGRA” are a pretty close match.
The US “ACURA” on the left is actually a little bigger than “HONDA” and “INTEGRA” … so having “Honda” on the left and “Integra” on the right actually look more natural than “Acura” on the left and “Integra” on the right … if that makes sense.
But hey, do what you think looks nice
how about put the Honda on the left hand side and the denter put a nice-o honda badge in the center. but for the Integra on the right i would take the stock one off and put the new Integra wording on it. the one one the DC5 in jap land. just my .02$ any way you look at it they are all sweet.
