I ran my integra 3 times couldnt get lower then 15.9. I just have intake an exhaust. I was wondering if Im shifting too late. I shift at just around 7200 right before the rev limiter.
too many factors, my guess would be that is all it has may a tenth or two less, we are talking about a 15-18 yr old car
Don’t expect that much of a faster 1/4 mile time just because you have an intake and exhaust.
If you want lower times, add more power, drivetrain and suspension mods.

also most likely you will finish the 1/4 in 3rd gear…

i guess that the best time to shift would come around when the torque curve has reached its apex.

I would assume that the toruqe shelves out around 5000-5500 in my tuned integra (using seat of the pants analysis)
so you could experiment with dead starts and no clutch drops
1st gear:idle to 4500 rpm’s
shift
2nd gear:3500 rpm’s to 6000 rpm’s
shift
3rd gear:4500 rpm’s to Redline
shift
4th gear:5500 rpm’s to Redline
if you were to rev the car at the tree, i would keep it at 4000 rpms (with a ceramic clutch) because heavy launches may hurt a street/track car 
neutral: 4000 rpms
let off clutch
1st gear:3500 to 5500 rpm’s
shift
2nd gear:4000 rpm’s to 6000 rpm’s
shift
3rd gear:4500 rpm’s to Redline

4th gear:5500 rpm’s to Redline
also, the cheapest mod that you can buy to help with 1/4 mile runs is a new clutch. I recommend 6-puck ceramic act and xtd clutches for a reasonably priced clutch kit with optimal performance
and urethane motor mounts
i got 15.3 with my stock motor, 6 pluck clutch, and no a/c or p/s in the car at all.it had intake,cat back and had lowered to but depinding on your driving alb that time isnt to bad buddy of mine ran that in his teg the first few time he ever
tracked it
I had got 15.3 also.
Driving ability works best with slower cars.
