Hey guys. Got a problem. I have noticed that whenever I try to slow down from highway speeds I get a shimmy in the steering wheel. Any other time driving in the city it’s fine. The front brake pads are about halfway through their life. They are the OEM ceramic replacement. The rotors have no obvious signs of uneven wear. Any ideas?
Might still be a warped rotor bro.
I’d have to agree. You wouldn’t be able to see a warp in the rotor by looks alone. You’ld have to take a micrometer to it. Take them out and have them turned, or if they are too thin just get a new set of rotors, they are pretty cheap.
