Shock dust boot/cover.

For those running a sleeve on coil-over setup. What are you using to cover the piston of the shock?

I know I had to remove the dust cover and boot on mine, and I’d like to put something in there if at all possible.

I used powersteering boots from autozone.

You can trim the stock one with a dremel or hacksaw. You may have to enlarge the hole that the shaft goes through.

I’m still mad I missed out on Jonster’s GC/Shock combo. (They remind me of Edelbrocks with the dust boot  .)

Has anyone tired using mountain bike shock boots?

I’m gonna look into the power steering boots. How did you secure the boots to the shock?

Looks like he used zip ties.
