I don’t know of any places that do that, unless you get true coilovers that are already assembled. Pretty expensive though…

if your going to pay someone to do it. why dont u just bring it to the shop. they cant install it with out the mounts from your car unless your buying extra set of those too. you can just rent a spring compressor from somewhere and do it yourself. its pretty easy.
