didnt know which forum this will fit under best since it had to do with car audio, i figured this will be the best. im looking at getting some car audio stuff soon and during a search came up with ikesound.com. they have reasonable prices with free shipping. the site looks pretty legit but just want to know if any of you had good/bad experiences with the store. i even did a search on BBB and they rated the store as unsatisfactory due to the store not responding to some customer complaints. now i’m kinda skeptical to order from them but wanna read on people’s opinions. thanks.
Overall they were okay. They have many electronics at discount prices. I actually got two sets of speakers from them. Both Infinity’s. Anyhow, customer service wise, they are good because you can always call them, but they ship THE SLOWEST WAY POSSIBLE! Just keep it in mind…overall, if you don’t need something really quick, then go ahead and buy from them.
Yah, they are a very legit company. Though they are a little slow with shipping and customer service emails. But, you can’t really get awesome customer service with awesome prices at the same time. I suggest you go with them, they have very good prices, you’ll just have to wait a couple days longer to get your stuff.
