how would i know if the fuse is good? its weird cause when i click on the lights the lights dont turn on but the door signal comes on. and for my sidemarkers they just dont seem to turn on they all of a sudden stopped working. do you think it might have been from the rain because on my passenger side i dont have that guard. (which its suppose to) theres a lot of moist in the passenger sidemarker. i just bought this car and i guess he took it off for some reason 
Pull out the fuse and look at it. You can tell if it is blown or not.
Use a 12V test light to check the fuses.
What is the MM&Yof the car?
What lights do not work, just the dash illumination and the front side markers, do the tail/park lights work, how about head lights?94
