Been a minute since I’ve been on but finally got her back on the Road!
Replaced every Brake part to the non-abs version, hard lines,calipers, rotors, pads and all. Nice having brakes that work and the ones from the donor car were all only 2 weeks old!
Replaced the suspension for stock struts skunk2 coilover combo, Rides decent but shocks are next.
Replaced full exhaust, removed turbo and all since it’s gonna be a DD I want it more reliable, running stock header cat and all.
Removed entire interior, steam cleaned everything and cleaned everything else, smells much better and its clean!
I need to swap glass to my new hatch and then replace the rusty piece. Swapped out the fuel door as that was rusty too.
It’s running great now, a bit over fueling even with a stock p28 or p61 so gotta work on that.
Might need a new head gasket but gonna compression test it this week.
Still got things to do but it sure has came along from what it was when i got it for 600$.
Will update after i swap hatch and paint my hood!
re sprayed the hood with 4 cans of R81, needs wet sanding but done with the black hood!
Good shit bro, bringing the DB2 back to life. better take off those headlights, they killin it right now. LOL Had one quick question, why did you consider taking out the ABS?
Bought the car with the headlights and they’ll work for now but annoying at night lol
My pump was rusty, failing, tried everything to get it to work but no luck, then the non abs parrts car came along so said fuck it.

Got the stock b17 back in there and shes running like a champ! Gonna have fun with her for the summer then time for the kswap on the Civic

Bump another long hiatus, turbo kits almost done and should be tuned this weekend or next on Chrome pro. Not looking to beat any records just have some boost and enjoy it

do you have a camber kit? which one are you using? Nice build by the way any tips on how you make your wheels gunmetal?
Partial ef kit, just the mani really, I have had a few come through my hands so pieced this together. The ef is gonna be my winter project, debating on a rhd clip or h2b or k series lol. Either way she just needs paint, I have a ls v with a gsr ys1 ready to go in but want the paint perfect on here!
SAB: just did the washer job on the rear and no front camber, havent eaten the tires yet but gonna get one soon for the front,
Go to advanced autozone, they have a gun metal wheel paint, use that and follow it up with the wheel clear coat, holds up fine but powdercoating is better
Getting tuned on crome pro tomorrow night, 750’s, walbro , e-85, Can’t wait to see what she does!
Got pulled on in 4th Sunday, not bad though since it was a 01 GT mustang procharged on 12 psi lol. He was suprised that i had a bone stock motor on 8psi, brings a smile every day I get to drive her
