Funny indeed.
I’m simply going by Skunk2s website and their part numbers…

You very well may have a Pro+ kit on your car, but according to Skunk2 they don’t make one specifically for the DA chassis.
Hell, look at the part number in that eBay auction… for one, it’s not a Pro+ part number. For two, it’s the EF Pro Series kit, not the DA kit. It may indeed fit your car, but it’s not the right kit for a G2.
As far as getting ripped off on eBay, there are indeed a TON of knock-off products out there.
For example… purple Skunk2 control arms? Awesome! Save for the fact that Skunk2 never made a purple control arm. Fake, right off the bat… regardless of what the ad may say, and regardless of the feedback score.
Any major company (Skunk2, Spoon, etc) will have a list of their Authorized Retailer and eTailers that will give you a great idea of who (locally and online) are trustworthy. I get my Skunk2 stuff from JHPUSA. Not only are their prices better than getting them directly from Skunk2, they have awesome customer service and, yes, they are an authorized eTailer.
If you check part#s, like I showed, you can narrow down if it indeed is a legit part and if it actually fits your application.
Skunk2 even has a forum where you can post pictures of items in question and they will verify whether it’s a legitimate part or not. In general, do your homework and shop around… buy from a legit company and you should end up ok in the long run.
Thank you lol
