ok So I was looking around on skunk2 web site and noticed that the skunk2 s type coilovers have dust covers. I didnt have any on mine when I got them out out the box, so I just installed and tuned them to my specs.
Its been almost 1yr since I got them in and so far they still ride good with no issues, do i need to install the dust covers or is it something I dont need?
A dust cover is exactly what the name says… I think u would be just fine but if u wanted to really think about it the elments will cause more where but a dust cover does not make that big a deal… ur fine
Yea, my Skunk Pro S coilovers never came with dust covers. I always wondered why. Especially the Brake like bracket. For the brake line bracket, i just took it off my stock shocks and put on my coilovers and slapped on the pitch forks. IDK if I was suppose to do that or not. I hate having things that are not bolted up when they are suppose to.
