I want to replace my upper control arms in my 90 rs.
I was thinking skunk2 front camber kit because I’d be getting new ball joints and bushings in the control arm. I’ve been trying to find them but they’re sold out everywhere, including skunk2.
I don’t want to buy OEM because of the price since you have to buy the whole A-arm and can’t just get the upper ball joint.
Does anyone know where I can find the skunk2 arms made for the DA? or does anyone have any good suggestions for an alternative?
Skunk 2 hasn’t acially made the one for the g2 yet they substitute an ef kit which works to correct camber but throws off caster which isn’t so bad look for ef kits and you should be fine I’m personally gonna wait a little longer even tho sk2 has been saying they are making the da for a long time I hope it comes soon
its annoying how the the gen2 teggys are always shitted on… is there really not a market for em? they’re sexy as fuck… yet companies are willing to make shit for the crappy ef’s…
i didn’t know you could get dc and flip them lol, the ef kit will work just adds like 4 degrees of caster lol, i’m just hoping i can get a nice stance with out the need for a camber kit guess we’ll have to wait till next week haha let me know what you do for your situation in case i have to do the same thing lol
Well that’d be nice I probably have the equipent to make new uca but not the knowledge or r and d time to really figure it all out otherwise I would produce one
I have had the revo-technica upper control arms on my car for at least 3 years now and have not had a problem with them…they are well worth the investment in order to get your camber mostly under control if chassis is lowered. You are right about the boots being shitty, but the kit itself is so cheap & so are additional boots from an alternate company.
You can in fact just buy additional adjustable ball joints & boots seperately and switch them out for a very nominal fee like $50 at most for 2 last time I checked. I was going to do this because the boots on mine have been cracked for a while now, but never did because they are still fully functional. Hope This Helps!!
I ran the DC Skunk2 UCA Kits for almost a year and they were great. Just got to switch the sides like said. I’ve also run the lowering springs with there new shocks. There suspension stuff is really not that bad. In reality they make them for performance. A lot of people complain cause there not always DD friendly. Just keep in mind when changing stuff for performance you will have to give up some comforts even if to you it doesn’t seem like a comfort sacrifice for others it is.

I have never heard of Revo-Technica until now. I am in need of something that is going to correct my camber and I have been thinking about just buying the Ingalls kit and being done with it. I would rather get an UCA instead of the Ingalls kit but Skunk2 is gayyyyy. Is the Revo kit some Ebay junk or is it legit? What ball joints did you replace the ones that come on the kit with? What all do you use your car for and how much did the Revo kit correct your camber? Thanks!
As the previous poster INTEGRA GS previously said “Revo” or “Revo Technica” are the ones I was also referring to. I believe you can in fact find them on e-Bay. Depending on how low you have your car lowered they will definitely help out a lot. The settings are a couple degrees off from other sets, but unless you really have your car slammed you will definitely notice a big difference in minimal wear over time…and also better traction in wet weather and cornering. Weather you buy them from E-Bay…or another site with a huge mark up they are in fact the same product. My car was lowered 2 inches before I had to recently raise it again for inspection. They are well worth the investment.
This is probably the route I’m gonna take. I was looking on summit racing and there are 3 or 4 different kinds that look the same but have different part numbers but all have the same description. I’m confused as to the differences in the actual kits.

Here is the link. Anybody know the difference?[/QUOTE]
I found the answer to that question. On the Summit site they are all listed to have the same exact degree’s of adjustability. THEY DON’T. I checked the Ingall’s site and there are differences in the parrt numbers that end in 00-10 and the 20-30 ones
