I’ve done my fair share of research and I’m gonna be swapping 89 accord front struts in my db1 because the shock body is 2" shorter… will this work?
Also I’m gonna be swapping the rear struts off a civic wagon because the spring perch is 2" lower…
I’m wanting the dumped as hell be still nice ride thing… I know its impossible but what the hell

shock travel is not the only thing that makes a harsh ride dumped.

upper control arm clearance for one
oil pan clearance gets pretty dicey slammed too. crossmember as well
Oil pans safe and upper control ARM has been “adjusted” I’m bottoming out the stock struts right now so the shorter strut will help
could try some extended top hats, i guess. if your struts aren’t already blown.
this is under the assumption that you don’t want aftermarket though
Couldn’t find anything after market that would do what I needed and what does a top hat do
with 88 accorrd front struts in front
Get some function forms type1 coilovers and make sure to get em for an eg they’ll slam ur car really low
But if going with the EG shocks or so you neet to change the forks right?
