smog and code 43 fuel supply system

I have a 1993 integra gsr.

I have been reading a lot of information using the search how even if you change the fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, o2 sensor, injectors and fuel pump this code can still come up. (the only thing i have done is change and test the denso o2 sensor) so it has to be the fuel supply system in my case. i had a friend make me a p28 with a p61 base map to bypass the code 43. i went to get a pretest. i was stupid and forget to check my timing. the tester told me i was 7 degrees advanced. i should of asked him to retard it and do another quick test but in this economy no one really likes giving freebees

   rpm %co2 %o2 hc - max/gp/meas co - max/gp/meas no - max/gp/meas

15 2165 13 0 89/277/192 .53/2.03/3.45 708/1994/34

25 2463 12.6 0 54/227/191 .51/2.01/4.05 746/1744/1

my main questions is whether or not putting in a real p61, getting a code 43, going into limp mode and setting my timing to 14 can help me pass smog. (tester might overlook the light =D)

or should i go with the p28 bypassing code 43 set timing to 14 and use heet fuel line antifreeze.
